Есть люди, олицетворяющие собой знак качества. Особенно много таких людей было в советское время. Высококлассные рабочие, труды которых позволили стране стать ведущей индустриальной державой, врачи, учёные, учителя, благодаря которым система нашего образования была лучшей в мире.
Да и сейчас в нашей стране немало людей «со знаком качества». Посчастливилось пообщаться с бригадой строителей из Чувашии. Вот где - что ни рабочий- то и знак качества. Профессионалы и прекрасные люди. Ответственные, работящие. Они и есть соль соли земли. Без блогеров проживём. Без них- нет. Но они, к сожалению, не на виду. Хотя очень видные.

Next year will mark the 230th anniversary of Immanuel Kant’s celebrated essay on “Perpetual Peace” (1795). The great German philosopher put forward a set of guiding principles to achieve perpetual peace among the nations of his day. As we grapple with a world at war, and indeed at dire risk of nuclear Armageddon, we should build on Kant’s approach for our own time. An updated set of principles should be considered at the United Nations Summit of the Future in September.

As it happens, Tokyo Electric Power Company is the electric utility that manages the decommissioning of the collapsed nuclear reactors. The scale of horror that Israel has inflicted upon Gaza over the last nine months is almost impossible to comprehend. The Israeli army’s decision from the start of the war to significantly expand its authorization for bombing non-military targets and causing harm to civilians has resulted in the killing of tens of thousands of Palestinians, and has left the Gaza Strip unrecognizable. The surviving population faces mass hunger and displacement as a result of intentional Israeli policies, which are in violation of international laws of war.
